Refund policy

In the unlikely event of a defect with your garment or if sizing is incorrect, email us within 24 hours of receiving it at this email address - orders@jennyleroux.com.

Returns are accepted within 15 working days of receiving the purchase in the same condition you received it in. We will pay for the courier fees for one exchange or return on all South African purchases.

If a second exchange is needed it will be for your account. Sorry to say if the courier is booked and the collection is missed that will be counted as the first exchange and any collections thereafter will be for your account.

For international purchases, the customer is responsible for return postage and any South African customs/duties. Refunds will be done within 7 working days.
